We are currently seeking a passionate Digital Content Specialist to support our global teams in the creation, management and dissemination of branded content. If you are an organized communicator with an eye for design and engaging digital content, we could use you on our Marketing Team. As a member of the team, you will interact with our global team of executives, product managers, solution architects and sales leaders to help them achieve their goals across the web. Your role will be to take their content and make it look beautiful, then successfully share it across the appropriate internal and external channels. Management of campaigns, a WordPress platform, and the ability to analyze success and failures is a key function of this role. We don’t expect you to have all the answers, but we are looking for someone that is willing to test and try to get the formula right.

Essential Functions

  • Developing digital content in brand voice based on insights to be used for internal and external projects.
  • Create/Enhance PowerPoint presentations, edit / format word documents, proofread and finalize documents.
  • Concept and implement a social media strategy to achieve organizational goals.
  • Use familiarity with content management systems (CMSs) to update site and publish web content.
  • Execute on photography and editing of images for website, tradeshows, and content collateral.
  • Measure, track and analyze project progress and report to the organization using a variety of tools.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred - an emphasis in communications, marketing, or digital marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing or marketing communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including composition, grammar, and proofreading
  • Strong computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Canva and other analytics programs.
  • Content Execution - content creation, design, project management and analytics.
  • Website Execution – copy, creative, page layouts, SEO, design, and analytics.
  • Graphic design -Use Adobe to create and update digital assets, including brochures, product sheets, and catalogs, based on existing design templates
