Trilliant Networks is working with Edenorte to Utilize LPWAN Solutions for Smart Metering
Edenorte to revolutionize Smart Metering across Dominican Republic
Raleigh, N.C. – (December 12, 2018) – Trilliant, a global provider of industrial internet of things (IIoT) and smart energy communications solutions, today announces their partnership with Edenorte, a utility based in the Dominican Republic.
Edenorte is utilizing LPWAN for Smart Metering and has currently deployed over 30,000 meters. LPWAN (Random Phase Multiple Access) technology offers exceptional coverage, capacity, network longevity, and overall performance. The result is a solution that provides a tremendously reliable and strong communications platform for smart grid technology. Edenorte will be leveraging the Trilliant solution for both industrial and commercial purposes.
