Dear SkyPilot Customer:

This letter provides notification that Trilliant Networks has begun the End-of-Life (EOL) process for the SkyPilot product line. These products are being discontinued due to market demand, shifts in technology, and a change in focus and investment. There will not be a direct replacement for SkyPilot products within Trilliantís product portfolio. It is recommended that you consider alternative vendor solutions as early as possible. Below are some key dates to acknowledge:

Milestone Definition Date
End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement End-of-Life notification is distributed via email to SkyPilot resellers February 11, 2015
End-of-Sale (EOS) The last day to order product June 30, 2015 or upon depletion of Trilliant's existing product inventory, whichever occurs first
End of Support The last day to receive service & support. After this date SkyPilot sites will be decommissioned and RMA's will no longer be accepted. September 30, 2015

Please note that warranty for product purchased during this EOL phase will terminate on the End of Support date, September 30, 2015.
