As the User Experience (UX) Design Intern at Trilliant, you’ll be working along with a team of Product Managers and Software developers to create amazing, user experiences for customers. You must be passionate about user interface design and delight in creating experiences for our customers. You’ll analyze processes, quantitative data, and customer feedback to design real-world software and user interfaces (wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups).

Essential Functions
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to build real products
  • Meet with organization leaders to set and understand business goals and
  • technology
  • Design product features and workflows
  • Prototype and iterate based on customer feedback
  • Present concepts and design decisions to product managers and developers
  • Ensure usability of interfaces and other web properties
  • Perform Product Owner role in an Agile development environment
Position Requirements
  • Ability to understand the perspective of users and other stakeholders
  • A genuinely collaborative attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentation and
  • documentation purposes
  • Experience with all aspects of design: user research, prototyping, interaction
  • design, and visual design
  • Ability to code HTML / CSS
  • Experience designing and concepting using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
  • or Sketch
  • Data visualization interest and/or experience
  • Ability to write or give feedback on UI copy
Education  & Certification
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year program with an accredited institution
  • Sophomore or higher with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
