Reflections from Enlit Africa

At Enlit Africa 2026, held May 19–21 in Cape Town, Trilliant joined industry discussions where a clear theme emerged: utilities are prioritizing flexibility and interoperability as they modernize their networks.

As digital infrastructure expands, there’s increasing recognition that systems need to work across diverse environments and technologies, and not be tied to a single vendor or device type. That shift is driving more interest in meter-independent head-end capabilities and open, adaptable platforms that can evolve alongside utility needs.

It was encouraging to see strong alignment from utilities and industry peers on this approach, and a shared focus on practical, scalable solutions.
Looking forward to continuing the conversations started on the ground.
