    Andy White

    Andrew C. White, Executive Chairman, Trilliant

    Andy White was named Executive Chairman of the Board for Trilliant, as of February 10, 2025. Andy served as Trilliant’s CEO since March of 2009 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2012.

    As Executive Chairman, Andy will continue his leadership role with key strategic clients, and collaborate closely with Jim Madej, Trilliant President and CEO, on strategic growth for the company.

    His leadership and expertise is in secure, enterprise communications, grid, distribution and IOT, based on his 40 years of experience in the utility, networks and energy industries.

    He graduated from Bath University, UK in 1981, studying electrical and electronic engineering, specializing in power electronics. He joined GE’s Network Communications Division as an engineer for Europe, Africa & Middle East Operations based in London. With GE, he has lived and worked in the UK, Congo, Egypt, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for major infrastructure and communications projects.

    After moving to the United States in 1986, he held executive leadership positions in global engineering, project management and general management positions in GE Power Systems & GE Energy. In 1992, he resided in Korea, then Singapore and then Hong Kong as the senior executive for GE Energy, Asia Pacific.

    White returned to the U.S. in 1997 as senior executive for several of GE’s businesses. He was named a GE Corporate Officer, and also CEO at GE Nuclear Energy in 2002, subsequently CEO of GE Energy Ventures before joining Trilliant in 2009.

    As CEO and Chairman of the Board for Trilliant for 16 years, Andy contributed significantly to innovation and growth worldwide across the company, with Trilliant currently doing business in 30 countries, with 200+ customers worldwide, and 37M+ smart meter deployments operational and in progress. He is an evangelist for Trilliant and the Power of Choice value proposition.

    Jim Madej
    President & CEO

    Jim Madej joined Trilliant Networks, Inc. on July 15, 2024, as President. On Feb 10, he officially became President and CEO. The depth and breadth of Jim’s background across the global energy industry brings his vision, business transformation and growth expertise, and commitment to sustainability to the Trilliant team. Prior to joining Trilliant, Jim was CCO for Viridi Parente for two years, where he led the expansion of the energy battery storage technology company focusing on operations, growth, and the leadership structure evolution.

    As CEO of Franklin Energy and AM Conservation Group, 2020-2022, he led a team focused on driving energy efficiency program adoption, product distribution and distribution among utilities and other market participants through his expertise and passion for customers.

    Before joining Franklin, Jim was CEO at VEIC, Chief Customer Officer at National Grid USA for seven years, and the Director of National and Government Sales and Customer Services at Hess Corporation for 2007-2010. He has also held numerous leadership roles at the General Electric Company between 1990 and 2007, where he began his professional career.
    Jim served as a board member of the Alliance to Save Energy, the Brooklyn Hospital, Greener U and Vermont PBS, and currently sits as an advisory board member of Custom Essence.

    Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT and completed a comprehensive series of business education courses at GE’s Crotonville Management Development Center.

    Aaron Westrick

    Aaron is an accomplished CFO with significant Board, private equity, and international experience. An electrical engineer by training, he’s spent his career working in business from management consulting to pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and tech enabled marketing services and software. He has significant experience in strategy, M&A, financial planning & analysis, and business management.

    Aaron previously served as the CFO at RNL, a private equity owned tech enabled marketing and SaaS firm serving the higher ed market. Prior to RNL, he worked at LORD Corporation, a private global diversified technology and manufacturing company where he was instrumental in leading the sale to Parker Hannifin in 2019. Aaron began his career at blue-chip companies such as Pfizer, Deloitte, and General Electric.

    He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    Dan Lambert is Trilliant’s Chief Solutions Officer, responsible for Innovation, Portfolio and Product Management, Engineering, and Data Services & Analytics. Dedicated to operational excellence by delivering business solutions and information services in demanding environments, Dan brings more than twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the Military & Defense, Telecom, Utilities, and B2B2C industries. Prior to joining Trilliant, Dan worked in executive leadership positions at ACN Europe B.V. and British Telecom, most recently serving as COO for Smart DCC in the United Kingdom.

    Dan received his Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a Global Strategic Management Certification from Harvard Business School.

    Tracey oversees brand management, corporate communications, integrated digital marketing, event programming, product marketing and public relations. She joined Trilliant in early 2022, and brings 25+ years of utility, communications and network industry experience to the team, and has held marketing leadership roles for large corporations, most recently with Oracle as VP Utilities Global Business Unit for 15 years, and Dun & Bradstreet in her earlier career. She also led marketing teams for technology-leading smaller companies and utilities industry pioneers like SPL WorldGroup.

    Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts/Communications Studies from the State University of New York. She is passionate about the role technology plays in helping utilities and cities deliver mission-critical services to their communities every day, contributing to the quality of life for citizens worldwide

    Mike Mortimer
    Chief Commercial Operations Officer, Interim EMEA Managing Director

    Mike Mortimer is Trilliant’s Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for Trilliant’s Strategic Engagements and Commercial Operations. Mike joined Trilliant in 2006 as VP of Business Development, bringing over 20 years of RF communications network and software expertise. After establishing key strategic partnerships, Mike transitioned to Regional VP of Sales. After closing a $100M US-Based AMI deal, essential to Trilliant securing series B funding for global expansion, he was promoted to SVP Global Sales. He began focusing on the Smart Grid market in the late ’90s with industry pioneer CellNet Data Systems (now Landis+Gyr). He later joined Schlumberger after its CellNet acquisition, where he managed the commercial/sales process from initial business case development through contract negotiations.

    Mike earned an MBA with Distinction from Bentley University in Waltham, MA, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

    Nicole, in managing our legal operations, brings more than 30+ years of legal experience in providing sound and reliable legal advice to directors, executives and other key stakeholders in public and privately held companies. Her experience spans several industries and prior to joining Trilliant, she held General Counsel positions with Prosci, Inc. and Premier Magnesia, LLC, overseeing and advising on a variety of US and global matters, including contract management, board matters, vendor due diligence, regulatory compliance, litigation, intellectual property portfolio management, data privacy, ISO certifications, financing, insurance, development of new policies/procedures, M/A due diligence, employee relations, operational gaps, and other legal matters.

    Nicole holds a BA from the University of Louisville and a JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, along with several state bar licenses. She also has the following certifications: Certified Information Privacy Professional – US (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I).

    As the Managing Director for Americas, Nick is responsible for expanding the industry and leadership in both the United States and Latin America regions. With more than 13 years of experience at Trilliant holding positions in the EMEA region as well, Nick brings more than 20 years’ experience with technology and high growth businesses worldwide, including fixed and wireless communications in Europe, North America, and South America.

    Nick received his Masters of Engineering degree from Sheffield University and has studied at the Cranfield School of Management.

    Steven oversees Trilliant’s business development and delivery operations in the USA and Canada, bringing over 20 years of experience in leading early-stage and established businesses in Energy Management, Utility Solutions, and Smart Metering. He is passionate about enhancing customer experience while driving growth through innovation. Steven possesses extensive global expertise in Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Manufacturing, and Operations.

    Before joining Trilliant, Steven led Energy and Information Systems businesses through advanced metering deployments in Canada. He spearheaded the development and operation of Ontario’s first production AMI Smart Metering Solution on a Managed Services platform. Steven has a background in computer engineering technology, with education from Seneca College, Purdue, and the University of Toronto.

    Eugene joined Trilliant in late 2022. He has a distinguished 20+ year career scaling successful sales and business development across APAC/ASIA/SEA regions, and his recent leadership positions include Hitachi and ABB. Eugene has been recognized for strengths in implementing sales initiatives and GTM strategy, optimizing business processes, employee engagement and retention, mentoring with a “Player Coach” mindset, profit and loss (P&L), developing marketing strategies, human resource practices, financial management, and customer relationships.

    During his career, Eugene has spearheaded and acquired large regional enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding targets (upto $80m) through a consultative approach. He brings strong domain knowledge and experience in Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise Software, CRM, ERP, AI/ML & Analytics. His experience in Utilities includes Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, AMI, APM, ERP/EAM, Scada and ADMS.

    Eugene holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

    Brad Condon

    Brad Condon is the Vice President of Supply Chain of Trilliant Networks, Inc. In 2023 Brad joined the company bringing 25 years of technology industry leadership in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Channel Sales. He leads all Global Supply Chain activities at Trilliant including Strategic Procurement, Site Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Quality Assurance.

    Prior to joining Trilliant Brad held VP and Executive Management level roles. Starting with the most recent 10 years at Syntax (Cloud Managed Services), 15 years at IBM/Lenovo with 4 of the 15 based in Hong Kong China on Ex-Pat Assignment (IT Hardware & Services), and 5 years at Tyco Electronics (Electrical Connectors). Brad graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering, a Minor in Environmental Studies, and Mini MBA from Columbia University.
